Andrew Peterson Releases New Project
Contemporary/folk artist Andrew Peterson has released a special new project A Liturgy, A Legacy, and the Songs of Rich Mullins (Live). The album was crowdfunded via Kickstarter. Peterson and some guest vocalists recorded the live project on September 24, 2017. The production includes a note-for-note recreation of Mullins’s 1993 album, A Liturgy, A Legacy, and a Ragamuffin Band. They also performed select hits from Mullins’ storied career, totaling a massive 31-song setlist of Rich Mullins classics.
After eight years, Peterson has decided it’s finally time to release the album to the public. Notable guest appearances include Andrew Osenga and Leigh Nash of Sixpence None the Richer.
