How to Pray for Friends and Family in the New Year
A major motion picture about prayer. Your sister starring in that movie. Neither of these things is what I would call normal. Seeing my sister, Priscilla, in War Room left me speechless, and you better believe I was praying for her and for the people watching her. But this got me thinking. Should You Give Up on Goal-Setting?
The term goals was virtually nonexistent before 1920. On a graph, looking at any mention of the word in all of literature across the board, it’s pretty much a flat line — until 1920, when it started to uptick and has continued to shoot up and to the right for the past ninety to one… The post Should You Give Up on Goal-Setting? appeared first on FaithGateway.

When Crisis Comes Knocking
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. — Psalm 34:19 The sun peered between the trees and slowly emerged from behind the mountains. Let Your Father Fight for You
With us is the Lord our God, to help us and to fight our battles. — 2 Chronicles 32:8 NKJV Nadin Khoury was thirteen years old, five foot two, and weighed, soaking wet, probably a hundred pounds.
