Kendrick Brothers to Release Flywheel Sequel

April 24, 2026 / Comments Off on Kendrick Brothers to Release Flywheel Sequel

The Kendrick Brothers return to where it all began with Flywheel Ignition of the Soul, the long-awaited sequel to their 2003 debut film Flywheel, continuing the story that launched their filmmaking journey. Known for high-grossing Christian films such as War Room (2015), Courageous (2011), and Fireproof (2008), the brothers now revisit the message and legacy that first put them on the map. Alex Kendrick, who founded Kendrick Brothers Productions with his brother Stephen in 2013, wrote on the Flywheel Facebook page that Flywheel was the story that “launched the Kendrick Brothers’ global film ministry” and that the new version reimagines and remakes the original movie. “We’ve waited a long time…

Josh Grove Releases Powerful New Single

April 20, 2026 / Comments Off on Josh Grove Releases Powerful New Single

Josh Grove releases his latest single, “New Life,” a powerful Christian pop/rock anthem that reflects on Christ’s sacrifice and the victory of His resurrection. Written by Josh Grove and produced by Eric Haley, the track blends raw, heartfelt lyricism with a soaring, anthemic sound, delivering a message rooted in redemption, grace, and transformation. Through vivid storytelling, “New Life” places listeners at the foot of the cross, acknowledging the weight of sin and the price Jesus willingly paid–His body broken, His blood shed, and His final breath given–so that the chains of sin and death could be shattered forever. The song builds from reflective verses into a driving chorus that celebrates…

From Imposter Syndrome to Finding Worship in My Work

April 18, 2026 / Comments Off on From Imposter Syndrome to Finding Worship in My Work

Part 1: I Wasn’t Good Enough. They Let Me In Anyway. I started playing with Third Day when I was 16 years old. At the time, I was a million times more passionate about being in a band than I was about developing real discipline on my instrument. I played bass mostly on instinct. The same way I could pick up an acoustic guitar and find chords or sit at a piano and figure things out. I had some natural ability, but my extroverted nature pulled me toward collaboration long before it pushed me toward mastery. Most of my early development happened in the trenches of my youth group band,…

    CCM Spotlight: Point of Grace

April 16, 2026 / Comments Off on CCM Spotlight: Point of Grace

As a lifelong fan, there’s something powerful about sitting across from Point of Grace in this season of their lives. Not because they’re trying to prove anything. Not because they’re chasing what once was. But because, after decades of music, ministry, motherhood, and life, they’re finally saying exactly what they were meant to say all along. And they’re doing it together.  After 14 years they have returned with a new album of original songs, Lady Wisdom, “It’s kind of special for us” says Shelley Breen. “it’s been a long time.”  Denise Jones gently corrects the narrative. “But I think that’s the funny thing. People go, ‘Oh, y’all took a break.’ We never really took a break… we just didn’t feel like it was the right time to write some new…
