Greg LaFollette Releases Third Record for the Church, ‘HOLYWEEK Vol. 1,’ April 8

HOLYWEEK Vol 1 is a strong follow up to well-established musician, songwriter, and producer Greg LaFollette’s 2018 record Songs of Common Prayer. The six song album continues LaFollette’s mission to provide congregational worship resources to the Church. Joined by celebrated Catholic-Christian artist Sarah Kroger, he extends his passion for ecumenical worship and unifying the Body of Christ.

The songs are based on themes found in the traditional Holy Week services, and the music is both comforting and exacting; skillfully guiding the listener through hymns and psalms of fear, loss, trust, and surrender. HOLYWEEK Vol 1 is a gift to any congregation that wants to include more Scripture-based elements into its services; and as a tool for personal prayer, it inspires hope, faith and peace.
