Miles Minnick Makes History With BET Awards Nomination

Miles Minnick, who became the first solo Christian hip-hop artist to perform at Rolling Loud, an international hip-hop music festival in 2025, is a nominee for the first New Artist at the Black Entertainment Television (BET) Awards.

He is the first artist in the Christian hip-hop space to receive this nomination, according to Rapzilla.

According to Ninnick’s website, the artist is “at the forefront of a cultural shift that stretches from the church to the charts. He’s proving that faith and culture thrive together.”

Ninnick competes directly with other new artists, which include American Rapper Belly Gang Kushington, American R&B singer Destin Conrad, American R&B and pop singer Jaydon, British R&B singer Kwn, American rapper Monaleo, British R&B singer Olivia Dean, British singer Raye, and American rapper Trap Dickey.
