PHOTOS: Rend Collective and Patrick Mayberry Bring ‘The Whosoever Tour’ To Fargo, ND
The Whosoever Tour, featuring Patrick Mayberry and headliner Rend Collective, was brought to Fargo, North Dakota this past weekend (4.28.23) through a partnership between Echo Concerts and Life 97.9. The concert was completely sold out.
With his performance of “Holy Spirit Come,” Patrick Mayberry did an excellent job of getting the crowd warmed up for Rend Collective’s performance. The concert included a mix of original songs from their albums as well as covers of popular worship songs. They played many songs from their latest album released in 2022 called “Whosoever” and many previous hits including – Build Your Kingdom Here, My Lighthouse, and Counting Every Blessing.
The band members are known for their high energy and enthusiasm, often jumping around the stage and encouraging the audience to join in singing and dancing. They use a variety of instruments, including guitars, drums, keyboards, and even unconventional instruments like banjos, violins and accordions. While joking about his home country, Chris mentioned that although there are Christians and music in Ireland, there is no Christian music. Additionally, he credited Chris Tomlin for discovering them and helping them make their way to the United States.
Many people brought Lucky Charms to the show, which was seen as a cool gesture to the band. After all, it’s expected that any Irish person would appreciate Lucky Charms, right? Catch them on the road this spring if you can.
