The Isaacs & Autumn Nelon Streetman Perform ‘Family Chain’ at The Nelons Memorial Service

Award-winning bluegrass Gospel group The Isaacs were joined on stage by Autumn Nelon Streetman for this emotional performance of ‘Family Chain‘ during the Celebration of Life Service for Jason and Kelly Nelon Clark and Nathan & Amber Nelon Kistler.

 

Autumn Nelon Streetman also shared this heartfelt prayer during the Celebration of Life for her family, The Nelons, at the Celebration of Life ceremony on August 6, 2024.
