Those of you who know me or who follow this page on CCM know that I am a big fan of John Crist. I have always had a very healthy—perhaps even overly-developed—sense of humor. I think it is important to celebrate and find the humor in life. If we believe God created everything, then He certainly has an awesome sense of humor as well….right?

But I digress. Today, I happened to find this extended interview with John from the Wally Show. It’s really worth the watch, not just because he is funny and they have fun together in this interview, but also because they touch on some very deep subjects about emotional and spiritual healthiness and self-awareness.
