Matthew West Releases New Music Video For ‘Don’t Stop Praying’
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (January 26, 2024)
Following the single release earlier this month, Matthew West continues his call-to-action for believers around the world not to lose faith with the drop of his new music video for “Don’t Stop Praying” – out today. Directed by Emmy nominated and Dove Award winning director, Elliott Eicheldinger, and filmed in Nashville, the video showcases West and members of his band making and hanging up posters with the title to serve as encouragement to all who see them.
While West was on tour, he was inspired by fans at meet and greets that would stop and ask him to pray with them and would tell him the things they have been praying for for years, hoping to see a breakthrough or a change. This passion and level of faith made such an impact on West that he, along with Jeff Pardo, wrote this song specifically about that. “Don’t Stop Praying” is a banner-message to believers to remind them where their power lies…with Him who knows our pain and hears our prayers. Additionally, West is launching a virtual prayer wall in partnership with his ministry, popwe, where people share their prayer requests and can pray for each other.
